There is only one of me, so depending on the piece purchased processing time may vary. Of course my aim is to get you your package quickly and safely.
Depending on the production of a custom order, times will vary piece to piece. Contact me and we will keep each other posted on timelines.

I cannot accept returns for items damaged after opened and received.

Custom orders are non-refundable.
If your item was received damaged in the mail, please send me some photographs of the damage and packaging within 3 days. Contact me and lets see how we can work it out.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Also, the piece must be returned in it's original condition or the buyer will be responsible for the lost value.
Items are sent USPS with tracking, within 3 business days of purchase. I hope that the package will get there on time, but I cannot guarantee its delivery date.
I would love to send items internationally. Contact me so we can work out an estimate of the best shipping price for you. Shipping, insurance, custom, and tax fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. I also cannot guarantee a shipping date if there are delays in customs.
